1 Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and myr99 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile app, and all services offered under the myr99 brand.

• Sharing your account with another person or allowing others to use your account.

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or cause damage to the MYR99 platform.
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity.

10 Account Closure, Suspension & Self-Exclusion

• Self-Imposed Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.

MYR99 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• There is activity that violates any section of these Terms and Conditions.

• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of a legitimate account closure (not resulting from a breach of terms), any remaining balance will be returned to you after the required verification process is completed.
