Changing your registered phone number requires identity verification as it involves your account security information. Withdrawals & Payments

Withdrawal requests are processed within 15–30 minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Funds will typically reach your bank account on the same day. For accounts that have not completed KYC, processing time may be longer — between 1–24 hours. We encourage all members to complete KYC as soon as possible to enjoy faster withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50. The daily withdrawal limit for KYC-verified accounts is up to RM 30,000 per day. For unverified accounts, the daily withdrawal limit is RM 2,000. There is no limit on the number of withdrawal requests per day, as long as the total amount does not exceed your daily limit.

A withdrawal request may be rejected for several common reasons:

Wagering requirements mean you need to place bets totalling a specified amount before funds from a bonus can be withdrawn. For example, if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 3x wagering requirement, you must place bets totalling RM 300 (RM 100 × 3) before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable cash. Your original deposit amount is not subject to this requirement and can be withdrawn at any time.

Weekly cashback is calculated automatically based on your total net losses over a 7-day period (Monday to Sunday). The cashback percentage depends on your membership tier — starting from 3% for regular members up to 10% for VIP Platinum members. Cashback is credited every Monday before 12:00 noon. No manual action is required — our system calculates and credits it automatically.

Yes, each bonus has a different validity period. The welcome bonus is valid for 7 days from the date of crediting. Daily deposit bonuses are valid for 3 days.
